Albemarle, NC –The Ģý (Ģý) Foundation held its annual golf tournament—The Stanly Classic, on Friday, April 29, 2022. Players enjoyed a day of golf in rolling, tree-lined fairways at the beautiful Tillery Tradition Country Club located in Mt. Gilead, NC. The Foundation had eighteen teams participate.

“On behalf of Ģý and the Ģý Foundation, I would like to sincerely thank everyone that made this year’s tournament a success. The tournament raised $56,827 with proceeds going towards scholarships for students and institutional program needs. We are grateful to our corporate sponsors, volunteers, and in-kind partners who supported the 19th Annual Stanly Classic Golf Tournament,” said Jeania Martin, Executive Director of the Ģý Foundation.

The Ģý Foundation is a non-profit organization that was established in April 1978 by the Ģý Trustees.
